Sunset Berry Farm & Produce
Located atop Flat Mountain in Alderson, Sunset Berry Farm & Produce has been an area favorite since 2010. The owner, Kent, is a third-generation strawberry producer and has been growing them since he was just nine years old. The farm was the recipient of the "sweetest strawberry" award at the West Virginia Strawberry Festival in Buchanan.
With five acres of land and four high tunnels in active production, the farm specializes in strawberries and sweet corn. The farm also caters special events like weddings, and chocolate dipped strawberries are available in May and June.
Want to take some sweet berries home? Show up to the patch and pick your own berries. Pre-picked berries are available, too.
